Withdrawal Information

1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by post or email.

The possibility to withdraw by another clear statement remains unaffected.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you. You will not be charged any fees for the reimbursement.

3. If Performance Begins During the Withdrawal Period

Ride Assignment is a digital service that may be activated immediately after purchase.

If the service is to begin before the withdrawal period ends, we collect a separate express request for immediate performance together with the legally required acknowledgements during checkout before the contract is concluded.

If you expressly request that the service begins before the withdrawal period ends, and you later exercise your right of withdrawal, you must pay a proportionate amount corresponding to the services already provided up to the time you informed us of the withdrawal, provided the statutory requirements are met.

Any expiry of the right of withdrawal does not occur solely because access is activated immediately, but only in the cases provided by law and only where the required declarations and acknowledgements have been obtained.

5. Notes for Consumers

• The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers.
• Business customers do not have a statutory right of withdrawal unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
• Your statutory rights for defective digital services remain unaffected.
